MANUFACTURING HERITAGE

Three Eras of Manufacturing Mastery

From artisanal bench origins in the 1960s to a modern CAD/CAM vacuum casting facility.

CAD/CAM & PROTOTYPING

High-precision master patterning, silicone rubber tooling, and CAD tolerance engineering.

VACUUM CASTING & MICRO-SETTING

Inert gas casting in 18K and 14K gold with microscope-assisted pavé and bezel stone setting.

PRIVATE LABEL OEM PRODUCTION

Dedicated small-batch and volume manufacturing for international fine jewellery houses.

GENERATION I • 1960s

The Foundation: Sheikh Noor Ali

Master goldsmith Sheikh Noor Ali laid the metallurgical foundation of our workshop: traditional alloy smelting, hand wire-drawing, and uncompromising bench forging standards that remain the backbone of our craftsmanship.

THE MANUFACTURING WORKFLOW

From Concept to Finished Batch

STAGE 01

CAD 3D Modeling

Parametric 3D rendering, stone shrinkage simulation, and wall-thickness tolerance testing.

STAGE 02

Master Tooling

High-definition master patterning and vulcanized silicone rubber tooling for volume repeatability.

STAGE 03

Vacuum Casting

Inert gas induction casting in 18K and 14K gold alloys ensuring porosity-free structural density.

STAGE 04

Setting & Polish

Microscope-assisted stone setting, multi-stage rotary deburring, ultrasonic wash, and final mirror polish.
